Cooling fan issues

Got a 2021 Jeep Compass 2.4 and as soon as I start the car, the cooling fans come on loud and dont shut off until i turn the engine off. No warning lights or anything, just constant fan noise. Any idea what's causing it?

How are the temps looking? Are they in the normal range? To be fair, if the fan starts the moment you start the Jeep that's probably not it. It could be a faulty temp sensor or a fan relay. Have you run a scan with an obd tool?

First, make sure to check your coolant level, if it's low, that can cause the fan to run all the time. If the coolant level looks good, the problem might be a faulty coolant temperature sensor, a stuck relay, or a thermostat that's not working right and sending incorrect signals to the ECU.
