What is this for? maybe for the rear power outlet. but I can't seem to find one in my car, i have a 2018 Jeep. Do they put in the fuse even if there's no outlet? And any chance the wiring is there so I could add one?

They often put the fuse in the box even if your jeep doesn't have the outlet installed like a placeholder for different trims. The wiring might be there, but it really depends on the factory setup, check behind the rear panels or under the carpet to see if there's a connector waiting for a plug.

Have you checked under the rear cargo area or near the fuse box to see if the connector is tucked away or capped off?

I had a similar experience with my setup. One weekend, I decided to pull off the trim, and there it was, a capped connector just sitting there, almost like it was begging for someone to discover it. Honestly, it made adding the socket way easier than I thought it would be
